Special Procedures

The new licensing scheme for 'special procedures' will be introduced by 2020 under Part 4 of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017.  

‘Special procedures’ include tattooing, semi-permanent skin colouring, body piercing, acupuncture and electrolysis.
