Joint Local Transport Plan
What is the Regional Transport Plan?
The Regional Transport Plan is the result of joint working between the four local authorities (Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Swansea and Pembrokeshire) in south west Wales. It replaces the individual local transport plans previously adopted by the 4 councils. As well as acting as a bidding document for major transport schemes, it will shape transport policy in the region for the period 2015 -2020 and beyond.
